Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.

  • **Coordinate with internal multiple teams to ensure proper execution and timely delivery of projects, which will require significant coordination and critical thinking.**

  • Conduct regular meetings with the development team and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the development team in understanding project requirements and priorities.

  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of interactive development processes is a plus.
