Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Project Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing residential design projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors, scheduling meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and handling any issues that arise during the execution of projects. The Project Coordinator will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and sustainability in design
  • Previous experience in interior design or related field is a plus
