As a seasoned professional in Learning & Development, you will lead the implementation of training strategies, policies, and procedures globally for all entities under our group. Your expertise will cultivate and nurture young minds into global leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads the L&D initiatives globally for all entities under our group.
- Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to the Learning & Development team and collaborates with HR Business Partners on all Training & Developmental needs.
- Ensures the training needs identification is conducted to determine the training requirements for each campus globally.
- Ensures maximizing training hours in each entity and campus.
- Strategize plans and initiatives to ensures all training needs are delivered.
- Supervises the in-house trainings on the online Learning & Development portal to understand the various topics and cater to the training needs of each employee groups.
- Determines the top study topics from the in-house requirements and develops a central calendar for trainings at the beginning of each year and monitors it monthly.
- Manages training activities at the central level and monitors trainings developed and available on the LMS platforms.
- Ensures development of in-house content and ensures a wide variety of courses on the LMS platforms - Launches and publishes the content on the LMS platform and encourages teacher to enroll.
- Reviews the monthly training reports and tracks metrics such as the number of people who have undergone trainings, the number of training hours completed, top training courses, etc.
- Maintain weekly and monthly updates on L&D to update in regular reviews with the management and Group HR Director.
- Reviews the feedback received from the training courses to determine effectiveness.
- Collaborates with Principals, Function Heads, Coordinators & teachers to build content on the LMS platforms.
- Collaborates with all HR business partners to understand and cater to the training requirements in their campuses.
- Ensures all Learning and Development issues and queries are resolved.
- Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends.
- Collaborates proactively with Recruitment team to continuously increase competency within the team to meet future organisations needs through the development of talent.
- Assist the Management, Principals, Function Heads, Coordinators & teachers to understand and deliver their training requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners in all regions to drive and conduct all central trainings.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Preferable Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resource Management.
- 15 plus years of experience in L&D; preferably in Education sector
