Sr. Learning Development Manager

As a Senior Training Manager, you will lead the organization's learning and development strategy.

  1. To drive business growth, you will design and implement scalable learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. You will oversee the end-to-end process of training needs analysis, content creation, delivery, and impact measurement to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  3. Develop functional, behavioral, and leadership training programs for various teams across the organization.

You will be responsible for driving Group-level training initiatives across all locations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment of learning interventions with business priorities.

  1. Create programs for high-potential talent and succession planning.
  2. Implement individual development plans and execute assessment & development centers.
  3. Buid internal coaching capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder & Team Management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Train the Trainer, Competency Mapping, Talent Assessment, DISC, POSH, Virtual Training Mastery.
  • 15–20 years of progressive L&D experience.
