Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the LATAM region by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. This involves gaining insights into the local market, culture, and industry nuances, as well as building strong relationships with local teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local teams, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the product, operations, and technology teams to resolve client queries and implement custom solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and sales experience, preferably in the LATAM region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with local teams, clients, and partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling / HR Solutions / Concept Sale.
- Knowledge of the LATAM market and culture.
- Ability to travel frequently to locations in the LATAM region.
