HR Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance management and workload analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
  • Conduct interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with department heads on staffing needs and talent development.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
Performance and Workload Analysis
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
  • Develop employee development programs and training initiatives.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Create recognition and rewards programs to boost morale.
Leave and Time Off Management
  • Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA).
  • Ensure compliance with leave regulations and company policies.
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate coverage during employee absences and manage workflow.
  • Update leave policies as needed and ensure fair application.
  • Generate leave utilization reports for management.
General HR Functions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and data accuracy to support informed decision making.
  • Prepare HR reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred, with a focus on HR or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly valued.
Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management and workload analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with performance management software.
