We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, performance management, employee engagement, and other initiatives.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager - Human Resources to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and people engagement will be crucial in driving business growth and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Partner with school leaders to define staffing needs, develop proactive recruitment plans, and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- HR Operations, Data & Compliance: Oversee all HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, support internal audits, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- People Engagement & Culture: Serve as a key HR partner to schools, address team-level concerns, promote positive work environments, and facilitate conversations around team culture.
- Policies, Processes & Communication: Ensure timely execution of HR policies, communicate effectively with employees, and contextualize HR initiatives to school environments.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in development and non-profit sectors.
- Proven experience in hiring and HR data management.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
