In this hybrid role, you will be based in or near Nagpur, blending in-person collaboration with flexible remote work. You will play a pivotal role in managing our daily HR operations and directly contributing to the well-being and professional growth of our community.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee HR Operations:
    Manage daily functions including maintaining accurate employee records, updating our HRIS, and ensuring adherence to internal policies.
  • Lead Recruitment Efforts:
    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job postings and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage Payroll & Benefits:
    Administer payroll inputs, track attendance and leave, and coordinate benefits to ensure timely and accurate support for our team.
  • Be a Trusted Partner:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and relations matters, offering support and contributing to engagement initiatives.
  • Support Growth & Development:
    Contribute to performance management cycles and help design and implement training and development programs.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Uphold full compliance with all local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or in an HR operations role.
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices, local labor legislation, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Residency in or around Nagpur and comfort with a hybrid work model.
