Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager serves as the face of HR on the ground with our employees and leaders, championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive success.

This role involves providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle, accountable for advising leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and addressing employee issues.

  • Manage various tasks related to human resources, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration matters.
  • Oversee and manage C-level projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Develop and implement human resources best practices, policies, and procedures across teams.
  • Lead and build a professional human resources organization.
  • Manage company risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively anticipate and drive the execution of human resources programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all human resources domains.
  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders on human resources processes and programs.
  • Understand the data environment and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to internal human resources stakeholders, encourage continuous learning and professional development, and stay current with industry trends.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and guide the company to retain talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
  • Help the company build and implement systems for client retention.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate tasks.
