Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue profitable business opportunities in domestic and international markets through ongoing engagement with customers.
  • Acquire new business from existing and potential customers, managing the process from sample development to transition from PPAP to SOP.
  • Boost sales by exploring opportunities for horizontal deployment of existing fine blanking capabilities.
  • Ensure customer technical discussions, visits, and audits meet both customer and organizational requirements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Increase business share with key customers by maintaining timely availability of parts.
  • Finalize technocommercial terms with suppliers to reduce reliance on single sources and achieve cost savings.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure timely steel price settlements.
  • Achieve sales targets for existing products by monitoring QCD parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
