Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be a sales and marketing professional with a passion for identifying and prospecting business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing hotel share.
- Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through account deployment and prospecting new business.
- Secure revenue for different revenue streams, including Rooms, Meetings & Events, and F&B.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the current sales effort by providing administrative support and value-add.
- Proactively share market intelligence and account insights to drive business growth.
- Manage clear, concise written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the hotel industry and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
- Two years of experience in a Sales position, preferably in a global hotel chain.
- Local market experience is mandatory; GCC market knowledge is preferred.
- English language skills are excellent, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
