
Building Client Relationships and Driving Business Growth

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and generating leads through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
