Job Title:

Growth Head - Tiles & Bathware Business

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Head to spearhead the expansion of our Tiles & Bathware business.

  1. Lead and manage the sales vertical across all outlets and cities, driving both B2B and B2C growth.
  2. Develop effective strategies for market penetration, focusing on online and offline platforms.
  3. Supervise and drive the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  4. Create and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights.
  5. Establish strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.
  6. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  8. Present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans to top management.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Mandatory experience in Tiles, Bathware, Interior Solutions, or Building Materials.
  • Proven leadership in managing sales teams and multi-location operations.
  • Strong understanding of both retail (B2C) and institutional (B2B) sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Results-driven with a data-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and Sales.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Account Management experience.
