We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running ads across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram. They should be able to analyze data, optimize budget allocations, and create compelling ad copy and visuals to maximize conversion rates.
A successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience with paid marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

About the Role
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search & Display campaigns across major ad platforms
- Design and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics

- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
- Experiment with new channels and tactics to find growth opportunities
