Job Title: Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's overall business strategy. As a Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and expand our customer base.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote Tally software solutions to government departments, semi-government bodies, and large enterprises
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bureaucrats, government officials, and department heads
  • Identify and act on opportunities related to government IT requirements, e-Governance initiatives, and digital transformation projects
  • Handle liaison work with government offices, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
  • Participate in government tenders, RFPs, and registration empanelment processes
  • Conduct field visits to government departments and client sites for meetings, demos, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical support, proposal creation, and after-sales coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
