Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development
    • Dive into key metrics, such as revenue, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Average Order Value (AOV), and conversion rates.
    • Envision sustainable and innovative growth plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives.
  2. Market & Consumer Analysis
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to unlock new opportunities for growth.
    • Assess areas of improvement within current strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  3. E-Commerce Strategy Implementation
    • Develop e-commerce tactics tailored to the brand's identity and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving business goals.
    • Track metrics like sales performance, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  4. Execution & Project Management
    • Coordinate strategy execution, ensuring processes align with timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
    • Oversee the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to remove operational barriers and ensure streamlined processes.
    • Address ongoing escalations and react swiftly to unforeseen challenges.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Utilize analytics and metrics to measure the success of implemented strategies.
    • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights to improve business performance and outcomes.
  7. Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a small, dedicated growth team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration.
    • Mentor and guide the team while leading by example.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of 10-12 years in e-commerce, driving growth and improving key performance metrics.
  • SUCCESSFUL experience in increasing revenue, CLTV, AOV, and other business metrics.
  • Growth strategy expertise, thinking big picture and executing effective growth strategies that align with the brand's vision.
  • D2C knowledge, deep understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales models and online selling strategies, especially in the US market.
  • Leadership skills, documented experience leading a growth-focused team and managing complex operations.
  • Tech skills, proficient in GA4, Shopify, and other e-commerce tools. Strong understanding of media buying, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and CRO.
  • Certifications, Scrum certifications like CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP.
  • Adaptability, comfortable with embracing new technologies to improve performance and drive business growth.
