Growth Manager

We are creating a pioneering learning platform aimed at bridging the gap between college graduates and companies struggling to find suitable talent.

As a Growth Manager, you will oversee strategic planning and execution for growth functions, aligning with product and marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans that drive company growth.

You will collaborate across departments, including product and revenue operations leaders, and foster an environment conducive to organizational success.

The key requirements for this role include 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar capacity, strong expertise in growth hacking, product marketing, managing demand generation, and performance marketing, as well as knowledge of campaign management tools and web analytics tools.

You must be highly goal-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
