Key Responsibilities:

• Shape brand strategy, program content, and long-term vision alongside the CEO.
• Lead business development: sales, executive networking, partnerships with corporates and GCCs.
• Oversee operations: program delivery, vendor relations, team onboarding, client experience, and quality assurance.
• Guide marketing and messaging: company positioning, social media presence, thought leadership, and client testimonials.
• Drive financial planning: pre-sales execution, unit economics, investment rounds, and expansion funding.
• Develop technology stack and analytics tools for personalization and ROI tracking.
• Represent Atmaniti in media, public forums, and with strategic partners as a mission-driven brand ambassador.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years in executive leadership, corporate L&D, wellness, startup, or strategy roles.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business.
• Deep appreciation for Indian philosophy and modern leadership, able to synthesize both.
• Strong network among corporates, startup communities, and the wellness sector.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Ready for an equity-based founding role with substantial growth opportunity.
• Located in or able to relocate to Bengaluru; open to frequent travel to Kerala and major Indian metros.
