Job Title: Senior Business Growth Specialist

At a leading design and product solutions firm, we are seeking a seasoned business growth specialist to spearhead client acquisition and revenue expansion.

About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities for UI/UX and product design services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Craft customized sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into innovative UI/UX design solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless handover post-sales.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Key Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
