We are seeking a results-driven professional to promote our flagship one-day workshop – Elevate Performance, along with other leadership development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategies to reach senior executives, driving awareness and participation in high-value programs, and building long-term partnerships with organisations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven initiative focused on corporate wellness and leadership culture. Our team works directly with Dr Rakesh Chopra (a global expert in leadership, resilience, and corporate transformation)
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our leadership development program
- Drive awareness and participation in high-value leadership programs among CXOs, HR leaders, and corporate decision-makers
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with organisations to promote our flagship one-day workshop
- Represent the brand with credibility, professionalism, and purpose
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or executive networking
- Strong ability to open conversations and secure meetings at senior leadership level
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and purpose-driven
- Work with a renowned expert in leadership, resilience, and corporate transformation
- Be part of a mission-driven initiative to eradicate stress and boost workplace performance
