Job Title: Business Development Partners
The role of a Business Development Partner involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned key accounts, cross-selling financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products, Insurances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and providing excellent customer service to ensure client retention.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business with key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, providing market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Candidates will carry a target of acquisition of Demat & Trading accounts, with at least Rs. 1 Lac of margin per account, through direct sales, cold calling, networking, own data/sources, and references.
