Job Title: People Operations Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Management: Welcome new hires on their first day, introduce them to our culture and policies.
  • Asset and Access Control: Oversee onboardings, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Candidate Verification: Partner with vendors to conduct background checks for new hires.
  • Talent Engagement: Regularly connect with new and existing employees to monitor happiness and productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution Services: Collaborate with leaders to address people-related issues or concerns.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Provide answers to team members regarding policies and culture.
  • Team Morale Enhancement: Organize online and offline activities to maintain team morale.
  • Communication Strategy: Create and manage communication related to the People Operations team, including email templates and policy updates.
  • Policy Development Support: Assist leaders in drafting policies and adding them to our handbook.
  • Retention Programs: Develop programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
  • Exit Interview Process: Conduct exit interviews and oversee offboarding processes.
  • Document Issuance: Issue letters and emails as needed for the team.
  • Team Events Planning: Plan and coordinate team offsites and workations.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute people processes.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for end-to-end partnerships.
  • Payroll Processing: Process salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within TATs.
  • Contract Administration: Review and process paperwork and contracts as needed.

About You:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Maturity and sensitivity when handling people's matters.
  • High energy levels and ability to run engagement activities.
  • Natural talent for working with people.
  • Empathy and rationality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in People Operations and related fields.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations case management.
  • Data analysis and recommendation development.
  • Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient in numbers, MS Office, and related tools.
  • Prior experience with remote teams over 250 people.
