Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters for assigned Business units.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Responsible for Talent acquisition ensuring timely hiring to meet the Manpower Budget.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires within the business units.

·       Act as a custodian of company culture and core values, advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

·       Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.

·       Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.

  • Promote employee engagement by supporting culture, recognition, and retention programs.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop solutions and action plans that address business needs.
  • Facilitate HR projects and initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion efforts, or change management.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) such as compensation, benefits, and learning & development to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

·      8–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.

·      Solid knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

·      Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.

·      Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

·      Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
