Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our team at Trident, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and compliance efforts, helping to ensure a positive and productive work environment across our properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in conducting background checks and reference verifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and internal communication.
- Help resolve minor workplace conflicts under the supervision of the HR Manager.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Track attendance, leaves, and other time-related data for payroll coordination.

Compliance & Policy Support

- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in policy implementation and ensure employees are informed of updates.
- Support audits and documentation for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

Training & Development

- Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, materials, and feedback collection.
- Maintain training records and support the evaluation of learning effectiveness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and labor compliance in hospitality.
