Business Growth Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate inbound leads from various sources and determine their eligibility and potential for business growth opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, backgrounds, financial readiness, and business goals.
  • Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Work closely with business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels to optimize business growth processes.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 1 Year of experience in a similar business growth role (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
  • Involvement in business communities, clubs, and other extracurricular activities is a plus point.
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
