HR Partner Role

This is a pivotal position that bridges business strategy and people success. As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in crafting stories, memories, and adventures that last a lifetime.

  • You will partner with business leaders to understand goals and align people strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities for the business unit, including workforce planning, talent management, performance enablement, engagement, and culture building.
  • Foster trust and solve problems for employees, ensuring policies translate into people-first actions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on organizational-wide initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of speed, ownership, and growth mindset.
  • Analyze HR metrics and pulse data to drive continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.

This role requires 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP/generalist in a fast-paced business unit. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with problem-solving abilities and a comfort working in dynamic environments.
