Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with LOB leaders to understand business goals and align people strategy accordingly.
  • Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities for the LOB – from workforce planning, talent management, and performance enablement to engagement & culture building.
  • Act as the go-to person for employees – fostering trust, solving problems, and ensuring policies translate into people-first actions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on org-wide initiatives (L&D, engagement drives, rewards & recognition, compliance, etc.).

You'll champion our culture of speed, ownership, and growth mindset, while balancing empathy with business results. Analyze HR metrics and pulse data to drive continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.

Requirements
  • 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure as an HRBP/generalist for a fast-paced business unit.
  • A dynamic professional who thrives in a 6-day work culture and enjoys the hustle of scaling a global marketplace.
