Performance Marketer Job Overview

Humann, a pioneering mental health startup in India, is developing a cutting-edge therapy platform. We are seeking a skilled freelance performance marketer to oversee our paid campaigns and drive growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective Meta and Google Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Take ownership of the entire campaign lifecycle: strategy development, setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Create engaging ad creatives, including script ideas, copy, and visuals.
  • Provide weekly reports with clear key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and booking rate.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with early-stage startups.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (D2C), wellness, healthcare, or mobile applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Mixpanel.
  • Creative flair: ability to craft compelling, human-centered storytelling ideas.
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and a strong interest in mental health or wellness are highly valued.
