Relationship Builder
As a key player in fostering and maintaining strong connections, you will work closely with clients to understand their banking and investment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Offer expert advice on financial products, including deposit accounts, investments, insurance, and more.
- Establish proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build trust and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
- Participate in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum 2 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to clients.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and products
