Relationship Builder

As a key player in fostering and maintaining strong connections, you will work closely with clients to understand their banking and investment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Offer expert advice on financial products, including deposit accounts, investments, insurance, and more.
  • Establish proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build trust and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
