Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth.

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing value-added services to support their success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in account management or sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
