About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client business objectives and challenges, using this insight to deliver strategic recommendations and drive value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.

- Engage in meaningful dialogue with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs.

- Analyze client data to identify trends and insights.

- Develop and present strategic recommendations tailored to client goals.

- Articulate and present the company's value proposition to both new sales leads and existing customers.

- Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities and close deals.

- Maintain and grow strong, long-term client relationships.

- Manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

- Demonstrated success in sales prospecting and closing deals is a plus.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
