Key Responsibilities:

Our primary goal is to excel in Relationship Management, specifically within banking and investment sectors.

  • We aim to grow liabilities and expand the investment business for our High Net Worth (HNI) clients
  • We strive to develop and manage customer relationships through exceptional service delivery that exceeds client expectations
  • We identify existing and potential relationships with incremental revenue potential and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • We work towards achieving sales targets across various banking products including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments
  • We actively sell a comprehensive range of consumer and commercial banking products to both existing and prospective HNI clients
  • We enhance CASA balances in assigned portfolios through deepening or acquisition
  • We drive product and channel penetration to strengthen relationships and increase wallet share with our bank

Customer Engagement

  • We maintain portfolio quality through regular engagement with mapped HNI relationships
  • We serve as the primary point of contact for client service and satisfaction

Investment Advisory

  • We provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients
  • We generate fee-based income by offering products such as mutual funds, investments, and insurance

Process and Audit

  • We record all sales activity and customer interactions online according to organizational processes
  • We conduct detailed client profiling to identify and maximize business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in relationship management, financial planning, and investment advisory. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.
