
Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex sales operations and develop strategic plans to target new business opportunities in Government Accounts.
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Experience in handling sales for security, communication, and IT hardware products
Candidates with experience in marketing & sales for System Integration are preferred. They must have the ability to handle large and complex bids/RFPs/tenders, possess strong commercial acumen, understanding of ROI, cost sheet, net margin calculations, be focused, a team player, have strong ethics, excellent communication skills, good relationship building skills, good negotiating skills, technology savvy, and willingness to travel.
Having experience with System Integrator is beneficial. Must have negotiation and communication skills. Collaborate to devise end-to-end solutions that align with customer business requirements with an end-to-end project ownership mindset.
