About the Role
">This is a Customer Service Representative position providing routine support to customers seeking information through various mediums under limited supervision. The role involves document customer inquiry information within Cummins systems, provide prompt assistance to customers through multiple channels, and resolve routine customer issues using basic understanding of Cummins processes and systems.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Document customer inquiries within Cummins systems with accuracy and efficiency.
">- Provide prompt and effective assistance to customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone.
">- Resolve routine customer issues using a basic understanding of Cummins processes and systems.
">- Escalate non-routine issues and provide documentation as per process requirements.
">Competencies Required:

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- High school diploma or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations.
">- Prior relevant work experience; prior technical experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
">- Intermediate understanding of Cummins products (engines, power generators, components, marine products, high horsepower products, etc.).
">- Understanding of diesel engine operation, parts, and warranty support for end-users and fleet users.
">- Logistical concepts and ability to expand knowledge of Engine Familiarization.
">- Interpretation of schematic/blueprints/wiring diagrams.
">Salary:
">$55,000 - $65,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
