**Job Title:** Technical Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Professional to join our team at Convergint Asia Pacific. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing relations with existing clients.
**About the Role:

As a Technical Support Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling all customer service issues and managing relationships with existing clients within your assigned region.
**Responsibilities:
Main Objectives:
- Evaluate and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within your assigned region.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver professional training sessions to clients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-7 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Lenel/CCure/AMAG/Gallagher systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
