Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily site walkthroughs to ensure seamless service delivery
- Liaise with vendors to maintain office equipment and address customer issues promptly
- Consolidate customer feedback and generate monthly reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across all levels
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in hospitality or tourism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
