Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site walkthroughs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Liaise with vendors to maintain office equipment and address customer issues promptly
  • Consolidate customer feedback and generate monthly reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across all levels
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in hospitality or tourism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
