White Force Group is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and phone calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving their queries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns by identifying the root cause and providing timely solutions.
• Create positive experiences for customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized assistance.
• Maintain high performance standards, including response time, issue resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage the resolution process efficiently.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
