Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via email and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service via emails and phone calls
  • Answer emails and manage outgoing voice phone calls from/to world leading airlines customers
  • Provide customer service support for queries related to flight changes or cancellations, lost baggage, claims

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (C1 level) is mandatory and English is required on a B2 level
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional service
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns
