Customer Support Specialist

At PRGX Global, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled CORRESPONDENCE ANALYST to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer support services to clients across various industries. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all non-technical queries related to vendor correspondence management operations.
The key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emails from customers (clients and suppliers) through a ticketing system regarding claims raised against them.
- Auditing and analyzing issues to communicate information effectively and precisely to vendors.
- Working closely with customers to track, record, and document help desk requests and issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalating support requests to concerned personnel as necessary following established procedures.
- Building and managing a close working relationship with service owners, 2nd level support, and 3rd level support teams.
- Addressing and resolving basic incidents and requests; logging all incidents and requests; engaging appropriate service resources to resolve incidents beyond Level 1 scope or responsibility.
- Managing L1 support priorities, completing tasks within given time frames, and meeting expected quality standards.
- Providing single-point-of-contact for customers and building stakeholders' trust.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent command of English and German languages with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of service delivery within SLAs and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with specialization in German language.
- German language certification and proficiency level of B2 or higher (C1 or C2 preferred).
- Experience in customer support roles, preferably with accounts payable exposure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shifting deadlines.
What We Offer:
