  • Work with clients to understand their business questions and create actionable research plans.
  • Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish.
  • Guide junior researchers and help them grow and succeed.
  • Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Uncover valuable insights and craft clear stories for clients.
  • Deliver reports and presentations that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Client Success teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Leadership skills and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
