Workplace Design Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Workplace Design Director to lead our team in transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing functional environments.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting thorough research to understand client businesses, industries, challenges, and goals.
  • They will analyze client workspace requirements and develop actionable plans that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing innovative conceptual design proposals that integrate comprehensive space planning, thoughtfully curated color schemes, refined and functional furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Crafting compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to proficiently communicate design concepts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects and managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
