Job Title: Senior Academic Director

We are seeking a visionary Senior Academic Director to lead our academic institution. As the highest-ranking academic officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure academic excellence, quality enhancement, and accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement curriculum strategies that promote research, innovation, and student success.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
    • Foster a culture of academic excellence, creativity, and collaboration among faculty and students.
  • Administration & Governance:
    • Oversee day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling, admissions, and examinations.
    • Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of faculty and staff.
    • Maintain discipline, grievance redressal, and code of conduct across the institution.
  • Quality & Accreditation:
    • Drive quality enhancement processes for accreditation and continuous improvement.
    • Implement quality assurance measures in academics and infrastructure.
  • Student Development:
    • Encourage extracurricular, co-curricular, and skill development activities that foster holistic student growth.
    • Ensure effective student support systems, including mentorship, counseling, and career guidance.
  • Industry & Community Engagement:
