Job Description:

As a Strategic Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our e-commerce division. This includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating with customers and distributors, and monitoring budgeting expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with customers and distributors to secure deals and drive revenue growth
  • Pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Monitor budgeting expenses and identify areas for cost savings
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Closing reconciliation and taking NDC from customers
  • Managing end-to-end PNL
  • Building and managing relationships with customers
  • Conducting market research
  • Monitoring the progress of projects
  • Overseeing the performance of the commercial team
  • Providing direction to team

Requirements:

  • CA with minimum of 6-9 years of experience preferably in FMCG sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
