We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical through strategic partnerships.
This role will focus on building and managing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard strategic partners to drive project flow and engagement.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutual value creation.
- Actively scout for individuals and institutions with suitable properties for commercial development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns and events targeting potential partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
