Param Foundation is a transdisciplinary organization dedicated to democratizing access to science, culture, and innovation.
The Fundraising Executive will drive corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives, focusing on CSR partnerships.
This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to translate vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporates.
Responsibilities- Prospecting & Outreach:
- Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads.
- Initiate outreach through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.
- Support in creating customized and presented CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
- Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
- Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
- Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
- Support donor recognition, acknowledgments, and branding deliverables.
- Coordinate corporate visits to Param's Experience Centres and donor engagement events.
- Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events.
- Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings), and report progress to leadership.
- Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
- Ability to create proposals, presentations, and impact reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistence and resilience in prospecting and cold outreach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Persistent about inclusive, people-centric, and sustainable social impact.
- Number of cold calls, emails, and connections per month.
- Number of meetings arranged with CSR heads.
- Proposals developed and submitted per quarter.
- Conversion of prospects into active CSR partnerships.
- Retention and satisfaction of existing partners.
- Contribution towards annual fundraising targets.
