Job Title: Employee Experience Manager

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles, ensuring the right candidates are hired for the job.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from day one to exit.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho), and foster a positive work culture.
  • Exit Formalities: Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a positive relationship with departing employees.
  • HR Operations: Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees, handling all aspects of HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) preferred.
