Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a vital role in driving the overall employee experience, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering exceptional results. With strong influencing skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy, this individual will drive engagement, align people strategies with business goals, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cutting-edge HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management
- Resolve employee grievances, foster strong employee connections, and ensure adherence to organizational protocols
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver best-in-class people solutions
- Build hypotheses and leverage data insights to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Performance Management System, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
