Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team.

This role focuses on creating and enhancing a positive employee experience across multiple locations, ensuring seamless cultural assimilation, and maintaining a high level of engagement among staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to design and implement effective engagement programs.

We are looking for someone who can drive communication campaigns, build trust, and foster a collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with leadership to align engagement initiatives with organizational goals, identifying process improvements, and staying up-to-date with best practices in employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement engagement programs to boost morale and motivation.
    • Maintain a comprehensive employee journey dashboard to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
    • Design and execute a tailored onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Monitor and analyze employee feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Produce regular reports and insights to inform leadership decisions.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Surveys & Insights:
    • Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback from employees.
    • Analyze survey results to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Experience in designing structured onboarding and probation review frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
