Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer Position

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in HR systems, service governance, and continuous improvement. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR service delivery processes while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services. This position requires experience in managing and optimizing HR service platforms, analyzing service metrics, and preparing reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Managed and optimized HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
  • Handled escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.
  • Strong background in HR systems, service governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing HR service platforms.
  • Ability to analyze service metrics and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
