
Employee Relations Manager

Collaborative and strategic leadership is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations across the organization. You will work closely with business consultants to develop and implement people strategies that address employment-related issues and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with employees to foster a positive work environment
- Implement effective resolutions to complex issues and questions from consultants
- Advise management on key decisions related to employee relations, ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders
- Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants
- Develop and implement metrics and analysis to measure ER performance
- Manage a caseload of highly complex ER matters and investigations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Good People Management and Leadership Skills
- Good Decision Making & Analytical Skills
- Multitasking - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Marketing Skills - Knowledge of how to promote services effectively
